The cake been shown on the left is the one that had been awarded 1st prize for cake decorating competition. It was been decorated by the owner of Anna Cake Training Centre (ACTC) - Anna. She has a total of more than 15 years of experience in baking and decorating. She went through all kinds of baking and decorating courses, in Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. Throughout her experiences, she has been awarded with 2003 Kuching & Samarahan Division Bakery & Cake Manufacturers Association - gold medal. During 1995, she got the Culinary Arts Show Sarawak Malaysia - gold medal for cake decoration competition and bronze medal for Culinary Arts Show & Ice Carving Demonstration Sabah Malaysia. Finally for year 2000, a certificate of appreciation by Foodex & Hotelex.
