COURSE OBJECTIVE 
The course consist of theory lessons and 
practical trainings.The practical training session 
will enable students to learn the fundamentals 
of bread, cake pastry and decorations.
The course will also provide students with the 
knowledge of how the ingredients function and 
processing methods.

COURSE STRUCTURE

All lessons are flexible......Please make a call first.

Lessons are divided into full time and part time......
Monday - Saturday(9am-12noon / 2pm-5pm)
Thursday(7pm 9pm)
